Contributions are not deductible as charitable donations for federal income tax purposes. Georgia law requires political committees to report the name, mailing address, occupation and employer for each individual whose contributions aggregate in excess of $100 in a calendar year. The maximum amount an individual, corporation, or PAC may give is $24,200 ($7,600 for the 2022 Primary and General elections and $4,500 for the 2022 Primary and General Runoff elections).
